Opportunity to Bounce Back

Ventura County FC will be looking to continue their free flowing goalscoring form and move back up in the standings after their 7-0 victory in the US Open Cup. VCFC and Dynamo 2 faced off twice last year, both ending in draws.

After the transfer of Aaron Bibout to Swedish second-division side Västerås SK, Ventura will be counting on its leaders to step up and fill that role. Sean Karani has impressed with the LA Galaxy’s first team this year and recorded six goals and two assists in 31 matches played (26 starts) across all competitions (MLS NEXT Pro, MLS NEXT Pro Playoffs, U.S. Open Cup) for Ventura County during the 2024 campaign.
